U.S. Marshals ID Most Wanted in Philly

4 of 35: RAFIQ WHITE

From the U.S. Marshals: RafiqWhite is wanted for attempted murder in relation to a shooting which occurred at 5023 Erringer Place on February 13th. After a verbal dispute, White allegedly shot a 26-year-old man once in the chest and then fled the scene. White is 30 years old, 5'09", 160 pounds, black hair (dreadlocks) and brown eyes. His last known address was in the then 6700 block of Hollis St. White frequents the area of 19th St. and 74th Avenue.

The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a cash reward for any information which leads to the arrest of any of these fugitives. The parties providing the information will remain anonymous and appearance in court at trial or hearing is not required. Payment is based solely on arrest. Anyone with information is asked to call the U.S. Marshal Tip Line at 1-866-865-TIPS (8477).
