From the U.S. Marshals: Steven Hameed is wanted For Burglary and related charges. Hameed is a sovereign citizen who, the Marshals say, illegally takes possession of houses that have been foreclosed on and rents them to unsuspecting victims. Hameed is a barber by trade and was last known to work at a barber shop located at 9th and Highland Ave. Chester.

The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a cash reward for any information which leads to the arrest of any of these fugitives. The parties providing the information will remain anonymous and appearance in court at trial or hearing is not required. Payment is based solely on arrest.
