Oscar producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron are focused on Sunday's ceremony. And as the outside comes together, they're busy putting out fires inside. "There's always a logistical nightmare every 15 to 20 minutes. You know, that's just the way it is," said Zadan. "It's so enormous, you can't wrap your head around it.
