Crock Pot Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 - 15 oz. can great northern beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery ribs, chopped
  • 1 sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 14 1/2 oz. canned diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
  • Salt, as needed
  • *Optional: 2 1/2 cups chicken
    **Extra Healthy Option: Add in some chopped kale

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients in Crock Pot.

  2. Cook for 8-9 hours at low temperature. Serve.
