LA Kings parade and rally scheduled for downtown Thursday starting at noon

The city of Los Angeles will host a parade and a rally celebrating the L.A. Kings and their Stanley Cup Championship Thursday.

The parade is scheduled for noon to 12:30 p.m. The route begins at 5th and Figueroa streets, heading south on Figueroa to Chick Hearn Court, and ending in front of Staples Center.

A rally for the team is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The official victory rally will be held inside Staples Center.
