8 of 11: The Bugatti Veyron was tied as the 5th worst vehicle for the environment. The American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy gave the cruiser 19 out of 100 points. By comparison the ACEEE's most energy efficient vehicle, the Mitsubishi i-MIEV, received 58 out of 100 points.
