Lakers unveil Kareem Abdul-Jabbar statue at Staples Center

The Lakers unveiled a bronze statue of superstar former player Kareem Abdul-Jabbar at Staples Center before tonight's game against the Phoenix Suns. The game starts at 7:30 p.m. PT.

Kareem is the NBA's all-time leading scorer. Some of his former "Showtime" teammates, including Magic Johnson and James Worthy, attended the unveiling ceremony.
