CHATSWORTH, Calif. (KABC) -- The fire broke out just before 9:00 a.m. on the 9700 block of Cozycroft Avenue.
Firefighters made quick work of the blaze, and the flames were out in half an hour.
Investigators are still trying to determine what caused the fire in the single-story commercial building.
There were no injuries and there is no damage figure yet.
