LA HABRA HEIGHTS, Calif. (KABC) -- Los Angeles County firefighters knocked down a brush fire that was burning very near some homes in La Habra Heights Monday afternoon.
The brush fire scorched nearly three acres along Hacienda Boulevard.
This had the potential to be very dangerous. In fact, a call went out for super scoopers, but that was cancelled when ground crews and helicopter drops got it out with just a few acres burned.
