Venice Beach may get massive Ferris wheel

  

VENICE BEACH, Calif. (KABC) -- Venice Beach could be getting a new tourist attraction in the form of a massive Ferris wheel.

A British company has posted notices around the neighborhood about a proposed observation wheel like the London Eye. In the notice, the company does say the wheel would be a temporary structure that could be installed and removed in about a week.

A meeting will be held Monday to discuss the proposal.
