LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The L.A. County Board of Supervisors has decided to take State Controller John Chiang to court.
The vote comes after Chiang deferred a $150 million state payment to the county because of the budget crisis.
The Board of Supervisors calls the deferment unconstitutional and says the revenue the state owes the county is badly needed.
