RUSSIA (KABC) -- A daring base jumper in Russia survived a terrifying leap after his parachute didn't open, and his friend caught the whole thing on camera.
The man jumped from a 400-foot power pole in March. It appears the snow on the ground cushioned his fall enough to save his life.
The man broke several bones, but incredibly, he has made a near full recovery and is able to walk again.
