Workers installing a new heating and air system discovered gold dust worth $300,000 underneath the floors of a Sacramento couple's home.

When Steve Otley and a co-worker from Clark and Rush started ripping up the floor boards, they found 12 baby food jars filled to the brim with gold dust.

"I still can't believe it today," Ottley said. "It's unreal. We kind of just looked at each other and said 'wow'."

This is the second time workers from Clark and Rush have found gold while doing installations.

The previous find was $25,000 worth of gold coins during an installation in the 1980s.
