LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- McDonald's is reportedly planning to raise prices on a number of items from its popular "Dollar Menu."
The rising cost of commodities like wheat, beef, and chicken are behind the price change. Food industry officials say McDonald's may be the first, but it won't be the last restaurant to raise its menu prices. Price tags at grocery stores are already on the rise.
