LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Forget gaming consoles. The iPad is the most wanted Christmas gift among children for the second consecutive year.

According to Nielsen Marketing and Research, children 6 to 12 years old say Apple's popular tablet is the No. 1 electronic device on their Christmas lists again this year.

Two other popular Apple devices, the iPod Touch and the iPhone, round out the top three most wanted gifts among kids in that age group.
