Sept. 27, 2007 (KABC-TV) (KABC) -- 'Grey's Anatomy' returns with an all new episode on Thursday night.
In the episode, titled "A Change is Gonna Come," Cristina returns from her honeymoon with Meredith, and searches for Burke.
Meredith, Cristina, Izzie and Alex also spend their first day as residents with their own group of interns. One of those interns is George, who's repeating his intern year after failing his exams.
