BUENA PARK, Calif. (KABC) -- The much anticipated Windseeker ride opened Wednesday at Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park.
The ride rises 300 feet in the air, offering thrill seekers a new perspective over the theme park.
The roller coaster includes 32 two-person gondolas that climb to the top tower. Then, the ride spreads its metal arms and swings riders for 60 seconds.
They experience a sense of weightlessness as their legs are left unrestrained.
Windseeker was designed by a company in the Netherlands that has been creating thrill rides for more than 20 years.
