LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The young boy known for playing a mini Darth Vader in Super Bowl commercials will have to spend another day in the hospital following heart surgery Thursday in Los Angeles.
"He had a good night. He is in very good condition," Children's Hospital Los Angeles attending physician Dr. Sylvia Del Castillo said in a statement Saturday.
Del Castillo expects Page to remain in the hospital's Cardiothoracic ICU through Saturday as doctors monitor his blood pressure.
"He is on medication for his blood pressure and that will keep him in the unit," she said, adding that it is normal to be on the medication.
Page, his mother and Del Castillo wrote a recovery goal list for the child, which includes blowing bubbles, drinking juice and moving a bit. They also hope to hear breathing from the boy's left lung, which is reportedly currently partially collapsed.
Page was born with a congenital heart defect and this marks his eighth surgery. Recovery time will take about eight weeks. He is also an ambassador for CHLA and raised more than $50,000 for the hospital last year alone.
