LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Hines Ward and partner Kym Johnson rumbaed their way to triple nines, the highest score of the season, and a first place finish Monday during "All-American Week" on "Dancing With The Stars."

One point behind them was a three-way tie for second place.
Chris Jericho was thrilled with the score he received from the judges.
"Nine was like, "'Yay!' and eight was like, 'Yes!" because I think Carrie Ann (Inaba) has been very fair, as has Len. But Len (Goodman) has never given us that bigger score," Jericho said.
Also in second were Romeo, who did the Fox Trot to "New York, New York," and Chelsea Kane, who did a Samba to Miley Cyrus' "Party in the USA."
"I definitely did a lot of research," Romeo said. "I took this as if I was writing a college paper. I was listening to Frank Sinatra until three in the morning, watching Fred Astaire movies and videos."
In fifth place was Kirstie Alley, who almost had another wardrobe malfunction with a bouncing belt that got sewn into place with red thread before the show.
She danced to "American Woman."
"I loved this," Alley said. "It was so much fun. It was so reminiscent of when 'American Woman' came out in the early 70s and I was a hoochie then and I'm dirty now, so win-win."
Scoring a respectable 22 points each, there was a three-way tie for last place between Petra Nemcova, Kendra Wilkinson and Ralph Macchio.
"Tonight was the night that I actually had the most confidence," Wilkinson said. "I don't' care about the scores. The scores are the scores, but I rate my confidence a 10 right now."
