MONTEBELLO, Aug. 23, 2007 (KABC-TV) (KABC) -- Detectives are investigating a fatal motorcycle accident that shut down the eastbound 60 Freeway for a couple of hours.
Investigators say it happened late Wednesday night near Wilcox Avenue in Montebello.
The motorcycle was on the eastbound side of the freeway, but the body was on the westbound side.
Authorities do not know what caused the accident but say the victim was a man in his 20s.
The freeway has reopened.
