Aug. 25, 2007 (KABC-TV) (KABC) -- Jack McClellan, a self-described pedophile, says he's leaving town.
On Friday, a judge revised a restraining order against McClellan, ordering him to stay at least 10 yards from places where children congregate, including schools, playgrounds and child care centers.
"I have to leave the state, really, I mean I can't live here under this Orwellian protocol, whatever you want to call it, it's just nightmarish," McClellan said.
McClellan says if he stays here any longer, he'll violate the court order, and end up back in jail.
He's not saying where he plans to go next.
