SYLMAR (KABC) -- A woman is in custody after leading officers on a high-speed pursuit along the 210 Freeway.
The chase started in El Monte at Sierra Madre when the woman refused to stop. She was apparently a suspect in a forgery case.
The chase lasted for about 15 minutes, reaching speeds of up to 95 miles per hour, with El Monte police and the CHP close behind. The suspect finally stopped at the 210 and Maclay St. in Sylmar, where she was arrested without further problems.
