SHERMAN OAKS (KABC) -- Police say they have no witnesses and are asking for the public's help in the murder of 20-year-old Marlon Gordillo Sical, who was shot in the head on the 101 Freeway.
It happened around 8:15 a.m. Sunday on the eastbound 101 Freeway in Sherman Oaks, at the Van Nuys onramp.

A car careened into the barrier wall on the freeway and then ricocheted across five lanes before crashing into the median.
A passerby called 911 to report the accident, but police didn't discover a shooting had occurred until later.
"As the Los Angeles City Fire Department was treating the driver of the damaged vehicle, we noticed that the driver had sustained a gunshot wound to the head," California Highway Patrol spokesman Leon Hines said.
LAPD homicide detectives were called in and all eastbound lanes were shut down. Hours passed as detectives examined every inch of the car and the freeway.
It appears the suspect used a handgun to fire into the car, but authorities have no suspects and no clue why.
"At this point, we have no witnesses to what occurred and we're asking for the community's help in trying to locate anyone who saw what happened," LAPD Capt. Jim Miller said.
If you were in the area when the shooting occurred, or if you have any information, you're asked to call the Los Angeles Police Department at 1-877-LAW-FULL (1-877-529-3855).
