LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- An eight-year-old boy with autism who had gone missing from his home on Dorsey Street in Los Angeles has been found by police at a grocery store at 119th and Wilmington.
Victor Thomas was outside his house, ready to go to school Wednesday morning around 8 a.m. The school bus broke down and did not show up to pick him up. His mother went inside the house to get her car keys to drive Victor to school, but when she returned the boy was gone.
Construction workers saw Victor pushing a shopping cart southbound on Wilmington from the 105 Freeway. A short time later, police found Victor at the Food 4 Less at 119th and Wilmington.
