Antonovich wants 'Fare Share' on ballot

  

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- L.A. County Supervisor Mike Antonovich will begin an effort Tuesday to get his "Fare Share" proposal on the November ballot.

The measure would require money generated by a proposed half-cent transportation sales tax to be distributed evenly across the county's population.

The proposal comes after the MTA disclosed a list of projects that would be funded by the tax, also proposed for the November ballot.
