Brush fire sparked in Ottawa County

  

If you were driving along the turnpike in Ottawa County on Friday night, you may have seen flames and heavy smoke billowing from a field.

It turns out it was a brush fire which sparked on Witty Road, outside of Elmore.

Several fire departments responded, including Woodville Township.

Officials on the scene say no one was injured.
