CORONA (KABC) -- Police officers were led on bizarre pursuit that ended in Riverside County Saturday night.
The suspect's van came to a stop, after officers rolled out a spike strip on the westbound 91 Freeway in Corona.
According to the CHP, the pursuit began in Orange County, when the driver called authorities on himself, to report that he was driving drunk.
Officers caught up with the man, but when they tried to pull him over, he took off.
The chase lasted for about an hour, but he was eventually arrested.
