An obstetrician who already lost her medical license due to prescription drug fraud has been arrested again.

Lisa Barden, 42, was arrested Saturday in Corona and booked on suspicion of falsifying or forging a prescription. The mother of three was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Corona police said Barden used another doctor's name to call in a prescription for herself at Main Street Pharmacy. She went to pick up the painkillers and told the workers that she was a family member of the patient. The workers got suspicious because they remembered seeing her there before, so they called the doctor whose name Barden had used. The doctor said he didn't write the prescription, so authorities were notified.

In 2011, Barden was sentenced to less than a year in prison for 275 felonies related to prescription fraud, including stealing her patients' identities to obtain more than 30,000 painkillers at pharmacies across Riverside County.
