Thursday, September 13, 2012
TEMECULA, Calif. (KABC) -- New surveillance video shows an unusual break-in at an Apple store in Temecula.
The suspects crashed their way in with an SUV. Three of them got out and began scooping up iPads and iPhones. But then a security gate dropped down, and the BMW was trapped.
The driver put the vehicle in reverse and tried to smash his way out, almost hitting one of the other suspects in the process.
The badly-damaged SUV was found a short distance away. The alleged driver was later arrested and has pleaded not guilty.
