CHINO, Calif. (KABC) -- Two people were killed and two others injured in a multi-vehicle accident on the 60 Freeway in Chino Monday.
Authorities say a disabled truck was in the center divider at Central Avenue when a light-colored Lincoln crashed into it at about 12:20 p.m. A Kia Optima then slammed into the second vehicle.
A man and woman in the Lincoln were declared dead at the scene. The drivers of the Kia and Lincoln were both rushed to area hospitals in unknown condition.
Two westbound lanes were closed due to the accident investigation.
