A San Bernardino County church was hit by vandals this weekend.

Sheriff's department investigators call the incident a "senseless act." Members of the Victor Valley Church of Christ in Victorville are in disbelief.

The vandalism happened sometime between late Saturday night and early Sunday morning. The vandals spray-painted the exterior of the church, windows, the youth center and even the trees.

Church officials say the damage is estimated in the thousands of dollars.
