2 found with fatal gunshots to head in Pomona

Wednesday, December 15, 2010

A double homicide investigation was under way in Pomona Wednesday, where two men were found dead with gunshot wounds to the head Wednesday morning.

Police responded to a report of a man down at 3201 Temple Ave. at 8:35 a.m. Both men had been shot in the head and were declared dead at the scene.

The two men killed in the parking lot of a Pomona office building were twin brothers.

Roger Delgado Aguilar and Richard Delgado Aguilar, both 28, were found shot to death Wednesday morning near Temple Ave. and Pomona Blvd.

Both men are listed as Pomona residents.

It did not appear the brothers have any connection to the office building, but it's still unclear why they were there.

The shooting scene is just a few blocks from Cal Poly Pomona.

Homicide detectives were investigating the case.
