LONG BEACH, Calif. (KABC) -- A dolphin was spotted on Tuesday trapped in a confined space near a large construction project in the Long Beach Harbor.
Divers responded to the scene to try to help the animal swim freely. According to Peter Wallerstein of Marine Animal Rescue, it's a healthy and young dolphin.
The area is highly restricted because it is a construction zone.
