LONG BEACH, Calif. (KABC) -- A woman in Long Beach was seriously injured after being attacked by two pit bulls while walking her dog.
The incident happened at about 6 p.m. in the 200 block of Harcourt Street. The woman was taken to an area hospital. Another person, a passerby, may have been injured as well.
Officers used a Taser on one of the dogs. However, they were still not able to control the animal, so they shot and killed it.
A second pit bull was taken into custody by Animal Control.
