The city of Bell has found a new city manager.

Doug Willmore, former El Segundo city manager, was chosen for the job. He's expected to sign a three-year contract, worth $175,000 a year. Bell's mayor says Willmore will help bring economic growth, integrity and pride back to the city.

Bell was rocked with scandal after the former city manager Robert Rizzo was charged with fraud and misappropriation of public funds.

Rizzo's chief assistant and six former council members are also charged in the Bell scandal.
