There are still no arrests in a mysterious kidnapping, where the victim was found bound and gagged in Acton.

Authorities say the victim was kidnapped from McAdams Park in Palmdale and was found unharmed near Mt. Emma Road and Angeles Forest Highway Thursday afternoon.

The victim's cellphone and car were taken. His vehicle has not been located. It's a gold colored 2004 Chevy Cavalier with license plate number 5RXR806.

If you have information on the kidnapping, you're urged to call the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department at (661) 272-2400.

Correction: An earlier version of the story had the license plate number as 5R8R806. It has since been changed to the correct number: 5RXR806.
