DANA POINT, Calif. (KABC) -- Medical Marijuana dispensaries in Dana Point have to give their records, including clients' names, to city investigators.
An Orange County judge made the ruling this week saying one of the dispensaries has given some documents, but all need to comply.
The judge also signed a protective order to protect the confidentiality of medical marijuana patients.
Medical Marijuana is not banned in Dana Point, but the city is trying to make sure existing dispensaries are complying with state laws
