Teen suspect arrested for Laguna Beach murder

  

LAGUNA BEACH, Calif. (KABC) -- A teenage suspect has been arrested on suspicion of bludgeoning a man to death in Laguna Beach.

Laguna Beach Police arrested 19-year-old Matthew Thomas Dragna of Lake Forest Wednesday night at a rehabilitation center in Santa Ana.

Dragna is suspected of entering the home of Damon Nicholson on the morning of October 23, beating him to death, then leaving with several stolen items.

Police say some of the stolen items have been recovered, but they are still looking for a Macintosh laptop computer.

They are asking anyone who may have purchased a laptop from Dragna, either in person or via the Internet, to call the Laguna Beach Police Department's investigations division at (949) 497-0371.
