Fake deliveryman, accomplice wanted in OC home-invasion robbery
MIDWAY CITY, ORANGE COUNTY (KABC) -- Two suspects are wanted in a home-invasion robbery in the Midway City area of Orange County Wednesday night.
One suspect was posing as a package delivery man. A second man entered the residence. The victim was tied up and beaten.
The Orange County Sheriff's Dept. say the home invasion was similar to one about a month ago in the same area.
"The suspect pulled out a gun, hit the victim several times with that weapon," said Orange County Sheriff's Spokesman Jim Amormino. "A second suspect came in and the two tied him up."
The suspects then took off after ransacking the man's home. The OC Sheriff's Dept. released a composite sketch of the second suspect.
Anyone with information, related to the case is urged to call the orange county sheriff's department at 714-647-7069.
