Boy gets stuck in metal partition at Knott's Berry Farm Soak City
Monday, July 29, 2013
BUENA PARK, Calif. (KABC) -- There was a scare at Knott's Berry Farm's Soak City Monday afternoon when a boy got stuck in a metal partition.
The Orange County Fire Department says a 12-year-old boy slipped in a fun house maze, and his knee got stuck in a metal divider just after 1 p.m. Crews tried to use airbags to release him, but it didn't work.
Rescuers had to use the Jaws of Life to push up the metal and get him loose. The boy was freed without any serious injuries. He was released to his father.
The accident remains under investigation.
