SANTA ANA, Calif. (KABC) -- A police officer and two other people were hurt after their vehicles collided in a Santa Ana intersection Monday.
Authorities say the officer's patrol car collided with an SUV carrying three people at Edinger Avenue and Fairview Street just before 2 a.m.
The officer and two people were transported to an area hospital. Their injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
