VENTURA, Calif. (KABC) -- Ventura police are searching for a suspect responsible for robbing a U.S. Bank on the 6000 block of Telegraph Road.
Surveillance cameras captured images of the suspect at the time of the heist at about 3:50 p.m. Thursday. The bank is located inside a Vons grocery store.
Police say the suspect gave the teller a note, and the teller gave the suspect cash. The suspect then fled with the cash on foot. No weapons were seen and no one was hurt.
The suspect was described as a Hispanic man, about 50 years old, wearing a Lakers hat, a red and white plaid shirt and khaki pants.
