SIMI VALLEY, Calif. (KABC) -- A 29-year-old Palmdale man was arrested Monday for allegedly committing sexual acts on two girls under the age of 10.
Israel Barajas was taken into custody by Simi Valley police because that was where the sexual abuse allegedly happened. Investigators say Barajas knew the girls through a mutual adult friend.
Authorities say the arrest came after a month-long investigation.
He is facing several charges, including lewd acts on a child under 14. Barajas is being held on $100,000 bail and is scheduled for arraignment on July 24.
