SANTA PAULA, Calif. (KABC) -- An investigation is underway into two shootings in Santa Paula. It is not yet known if the two incidents are related, police say.
Authorities responded to reports of two vehicles shooting at each other in the area of Say Road and Cliff Drive Friday at about 7 p.m. When officers arrived, no victims or suspects were located. The vehicles were described only as light in color.
Then on Saturday at about 1:30 a.m., shots were fired at a residence in the 500 block of Sycamore Street. No one was injured.
No suspect description was available. Police say both incidents are under investigation. Anyone with information is urged to call the Ventura County Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-TIPS.
