SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KABC) -- State Assembly Democrats are calling for mortgage reform, urging Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, R-California, to address California's high rate of foreclosures as part of a special legislative session on the budget.
A date for the special session has not yet been set.
The governor is expected to meet with legislative leaders on Monday to discuss how to deal with this year's unexpected $3 billion drop in revenues.
