JUMP INTO SYNCHRO It's takes grace and muscle to glide through the water in perfect synchronization to both teammates and music. Synchronized swimming got it's start in the 1940's as "water ballet" and was featured in many MGM movies starring Esther Williams. It became an Olympic sport in 1984 at the Los Angeles games. Today the sport thrives all over the world. There are several synchronized swimming clubs throughout Southern California that welcome youths, seniors, women AND men! The Rose Bowl Rockettes is a blossoming club looking for new members with a love of music and swimming.

TEST YOUR SPORTS SKILLS A Northern California company, Sports Potential, is using technology and research to help parents find the best sport to fit their children. CEO Steve Spinner and his staff performed the same test on pro, college and Olympic athletes over three years. Their database helps parents find the sport that's a custom fit for their child. In minutes, the results are downloaded into a computer and families are given a list of recommended sports. Sports Potential tested elite softball players for its database and can simply help your child improve their sports weakness.
