JULIAN, Calif. (KABC) -- Three moderate earthquakes rattled the Pine Valley community in San Diego County on Saturday.
The first two earthquakes, with magnitudes 3.9 and 3.8, hit right after the other shortly before 7:10 a.m., according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The quakes were centered 18 miles west-northwest of Ocotillo and 24 miles southeast of Julian, east of Escondido. About two hours later, another earthquake with a magnitude of 3.3 struck the same area. There were no reports of any injuries.
