A fire in Los Padres National Forest in Ventura County has been contained but not before charring five acres.

The blaze started just before 7 p.m. Tuesday north of Fillmore near Squaw Flat and Goodenough roads.

At least 18 Ventura County Fire Department units were called in.

There were no injuries and no structures damaged.
