The streets of Fresno are saturated with officers after police shot a murder suspect. Officers are now carrying more weapons and ammo following concerns that angry gang members may act out against police.
The force used against the suspect, Rolando Celedon, has landed all four current and former officers on trial for excessive force and obstructing justice.
