Lion tries to eat boy in zebra stripes

In Portland, a hungry lion tried to make lunch out of a little boy.

The boy was wearing black and white stripes, just like a zebra, a lion's natural prey.

Thick protective glass kept the two apart, but that didn't stop the lion from trying to take a bite out of the boy.

His mom said she wasn't even aware of what was happening until someone pointed it out on Facebook.
